1. First, you should call us on 020 8099 9819 or reach us online – if you aren’t exactly sure about the weight of your rubbish we can calculate it for you. We expect you to tell us the number of bags of trash, their content and the type of heavy items you need removing. Describe or take a photo of your junk and let us deal with it. We also need you to inform us about the most convenient time when you need it removed –  exact date and time so we can fit you in our schedule. After agreeing on everything, we will confirm the exact time.

2. Accept the provided quotation or cancel it. The quote is entirely free of charge and doesn’t oblige you in any way. We will prepare according to the information you give us in step 1 – the weight, type and volume of your trash. At this stage of the process alterations of the quotes are possible to happen. After we calculate and see the actual size and weight of your litter, we will change the quote if necessary, and you have the right to accept it or not. In case you decide to cancel it, you do not owe us any fee.

3. Sending a team of 2 men in most cases or more whenever necessary to do the work. After we agree with the customer on the exact date, time and price of the service and the quote we send is accepted, we will continue with its implementation. We will send a team of 2 or more men in some cases to conduct the waste clearance you need. They will do the lifting, loading in their vehicle and transporting of your trash. We will leave your property clean and without any mess so, you can be sure that the rubbish removal won’t make your domestic, rented or business estate dirtier than it has been.

4. Recycling. The final step of the process is recycling the junk we remove. We will make sure we recycle 100% of the waste if possible to keep the environment safe. That is part of our green policy which we are stating with pride. We cooperate with the local authorities to dispose of the waste the best way we can and leave no pollution anywhere.
